Participation Agreement
One of the first goals of the committee that created the I-CPEN was to determine what Illinois Pharmacies should strive for in impacting our communities' health. These are the enhanced services that local enhanced service networks across the country have come to agree are truly impactful for our patients. We as a network have focused on five critical services that will truly impact your pharmacy's workflow and clinical measures with most affecting national STAR ratings that you already have to battle with.
Our goal is to collaborate with you and market your pharmacy as one step above the traditional dispensing pharmacy. In combining these minimum enhanced services, we all have the potential to make meaningful and long lasting relationships with not only our patients, but also our providers and payers throughout the state. We will push for a collaborative environment for the whole healthcare team to work together for the ultimate consumer: our patients.
Being a part of the I-CPEN, you are agreeing to be a part of the future of pharmacy. Your pharmacy will join many whose aim is to focus on clinical outcomes and not on dispensing numbers.
